Recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. I selected a time and they never called. Very unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I can only imagine what it's like actually working there. Won't be applying there again even though they were initially one of my top choices.

Very straightforward with good people who asked reasonable questions. I was not surprised by any of it and they seem like they are trying to build a very decent culture.

I really enjoyed speaking with the hiring manager and stakeholder I would've been working with. They were both amazing to talk to and their passion for the industry/company mission was something that made me really want the job. I poured my heart and soul into the process and it was my dream job. So to be ghosted after the final interview was really disheartening and hurtful. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else in their process but it seems like this is becoming standard practice for most companies.
