Overall: a fairly painless experience. No silly google-type interview questions, just wanting to get to know you, your background, how you're qualified, why you're interested in the product, etc. The timeline from start to finish was normal - not extremely expedited, not extremely delayed. You meet with a lot of different people from different departments, so you get a good sense of the organization. You typically will have lunch with the company if you have an in-person, so you get to meet more people outside of the interview process to get a sense if it's a good culture fit. Expectations are set early on in the process, and you're told how to prepare for each interview via the in-house recruiter you work with. Know your stuff - they want to see that you can tackle the hard questions, even if you don't have an answer to them.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scribd Inc. (Detroit, MI) in Oct 2023
Interview
A few rounds of interviews with recruiter, hiring manager, panels and and then finally an assignment. Recruiter was great keeping me updated every step of the way, didn't go too long between interviews without feedback. Even if I didn't get an offer, would recommend company and process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Scribd Inc. in Feb 2021
Interview
Pretty standard interview process. My experience was more of an initial screening completed by HR. The second step is to have the hiring manager review resume if the recruiter gives green light.
