Interview
Had two interviews; one with someone in HR and then one with a hiring manager. Pretty standard interviews, and both people were really laid back! After that, they had me do a writing assignment and told me they’d follow up once the team had a chance to review it. Unfortunately, like other reviews state, it took a LONG time for them to get back to me. Waited 3 weeks, then sent a follow up email, waited for another 2 weeks before finally receiving an email stating they’re not moving forward with my candidacy. This seems like a pretty cool company to work for, just be prepared to wait 1-2 months to hear any word on if you got the gig or not.

Why are you looking to leave your current place of employment?
The interview process is a bit drawn out. Two phone interviews followed by four back to back in person interviews and one virtual interview. Everyone I've interviewed with have been wonderful.
