The hiring manager for this role was wonderful and I truly enjoyed speaking with him. My poor experience came solely from the recruiter. Initially, I received an email to set up an interview fairly quickly from my application date which was a plus. I followed up with him twice after the interview I had with the hiring manager and I didn’t hear back. Interviewing is extremely vulnerable and applicants do it because they’re interested in your company but once getting ghosted is a far more worse feeling then getting rejected.
