No respect for the candidate's time. The process took about a month, with long gaps in between stages with zero communication. I was told at the end the position has already been filled.
1. initial recruiter call, pretty standard chat
2. HM call, had a good and engaging chat, went through the my technical experiences
3. Zero communication for 2 weeks, then suddenly reached out to schedule a technical round. Was told stackholders were on vacation
4. technical round coding round, 4 algo questions, ranging from easy to hard
5. two days later, got an email saying the role has already been filled

They reached out to set up an interview and then ghosted me, tried emailing again about availability the following week as well after a week past. Who reaches out to interview and then ghosts after selecting interview times, so unprofessional.
