The interview process was very straight forward. A recruiter screen, hiring manager call, then a call with the EM, another call with a PM and a take home assessment and final interview. However everybody except the hiring manager were at least 5 min late to the interview. 1st red flag. During the interview the interviewee seemed lost and were multi-tasking, not giving me their full attention or listening. Also every interview was only 30 min, they said they had product questions and analytical ones which takes diving deeper but 30 min was ridiculous. Even the final interview was only 30 min, I was given 12-15 min to present and last 15 for questions. The panel was 5-10 min late, so I had to rush through my presentation and still left 10 min in the end for questions. But nobody asked any questions. Overall really poor experience.
