I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ScribeAmerica (Kahului, HI) in Apr 2016
Interview
If you apply via Indeed.com, the chief scribe will later email you (if you qualify) and will ask about your (month) availability, typing test, send you an intro packet to review - it's a summary of what a scribe does daily, and medical terms you need to know. He/She will ask you to apply through Scribe America's website and schedule an interview, either via phone call, Skype or face-to-face. My interview was through Skype and it was the easiest one I've ever had. I felt very comfortable talking and asking numerous questions.

After applying online with my resume, I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager about the position. We discussed the job, my overall career goals, and expectations for the role. It was very straight forward and mostly focused on how being a scribe would support my future in the health care environment .
Had a one-on-one interview with the chief scribe of the hospital I applied for. Questions included why do you want to be a scribe, prior work experience, and experience handling stress/multiple tasks.
