I applied through other source. I interviewed at Scripps Health (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Only 1 interview - not in person. Met with supervisor over a Microsoft video interview. Was relatively short and received an offer within a few hours after completing the interview.
On the computer with about 13 questions then you do a drug test if you accept the offer. Takes about 2 weeks to complete the whole process and there’s lots of paperwork
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scripps Health (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Basic interview process.. asked "What are my long term goals", "Tell me about yourself".. and so forth. Had the interview with the current manager as well as the supervisors. I kind of felt intimidated due to the fact that I wasn't prepared to have multiple people give me the interview. Other than that, it was like I mentioned, a basic interview.
