Was contacted late at night by someone who didn't seem interested or excited. Asked me interview level questions and at the end said that there would still be an actual interview. The interview was virtual with a panel asking relatively unrelated questions that didn't seem to pertain to the role. Many unnecessary behavioral questions confirm the corruption of the interview process.
