SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Culinary Operations Hostess interview questions

Applied online and right away scheduled an interview. Went in for the interview and they asked mainly behavioral questions. After the interview I left and got a call later that day saying I got the job. I do know some people who got hired on the spot and then started their paperwork right away.

I applied online, which was a relatively easy process, including a survey, and info on your availability. I checked in 10 minutes before my interview 5 days later, and was called in. I had originally applied to be a Sales Clerk at the Stroller Rentals, but all the positions for that job had been filled, so my interviewer recommended that I apply for something else, so I applied to be a Culinary Hostess. He asked me about my availability again and the proceeded with the interview. He asked me about 5 questions, which were all behavior based/situational. I tried to be as detailed as possible with my answers. It helps to be confident and smile A LOT and make A LOT of eye contact, because I'm sure that's that they look for because this position requires a lot of customer interaction. The questions weren't difficult, but you just need to explain what happened in your situation, and have good answers because I'm sure they're looking for people that will be able to work with all types of people. I was hired on the spot.
