So first i went applied online and got an interview. so for the interview i went to the employment center and sat in a room with multiple other people. someone eventually came out and said "once i call your name, say here and raise your hand. then everyone will follow me to your group interview". so at the group interview there were 2 tables, and in front of each seat was a sticker where you write your name and put it on your shirt. then they have everyone stand up and choose a stuffed animal and explain how it relates to you and also the job you're applying for. then they have each table work as a group and make a car or plane out of legos. the last step of the interview is they have a stack of situational cards, and they have each group pick 2. the cards my group got were "what would you do if someone said they were supposed to receive a discount on an item but they didnt get the discount" and "if someone lost a wallet while you were supposed to be on break, would you assist them and how" so yeah. the most important thing i can say is be confident and social!! TALK cause thats pretty much all they're looking for is someone social. the next day after my group interview i received a call that they wanted me to come in a week later for a follow up. at the follow up i basically just signed paperwork and they told me i got the job. then they sent me to wardrobe to get fitted for my uniform. it was a pretty simple process- just go through security and walk through this back area for awhile until you get to wardrobe. they take your picture there and you tell them your clothing size and shoe size. theyll give you clothes, you go into a dressing room to try them on, and then come out and show them and theyll measure everything out. after wardrobe i went back to the employment center and got a drug test (they basically stick a cotton swab in your mouth for 10 minutes). all really easy. nothing to be stressed about. have a good time! good luck! be social!!
