after submitting a cover letter and resume a date and time was scheduled for the interview. Sea World believes in panel interviews for full time positions. usually 2 people from the department and 1-2 HR reps. Questions asked are "tell me about a time when" format. the want you to relay an experience of your past to see your problem solving ability, and how you might react to a similar situation in the future.
Sea World interviewers are very biased. There is a great deal of questionable ethics when it comes time to interview. if the interviewer does not like you they will select harder questions to try and trip up the interviewee. Most full time positions are opened with a specific person already in mind, thus making the whole process a sham.
If you are a excellent butt kisser, but have no real talent or drive in the field you are applying to, chances are you'll fit in perfectly with Sea World management.
