Easy phone interview at first, then in person. Typical questions and the interviewer was extremely nice. They had me come in but had given me the option to interview online if I wanted to. I drove the two hours to orlando because I thought it would look better.

People were friendly and informative. Basic HR style questions. Lots of scenarios such as Describe a time you gave great customer service and a time you disagreed with a co-worker. Be prepared to give a 3-5 minute presentation about your favorite animal (since that is what your job entails). Think out of the box and do a non-SeaWorld animal.
