We waited in the employment center till the interview before us finished and then we all went into a little room and began introduces ourselves. There is always one person asking the questions and sometimes other people in the back observing. My main tip is to be a leader in your small group and stand out so they see that you are a perfect candidate. They'll be many group exercises to examine your communication/team-working skills.

Interview
It’s great to be there on time regardless the time of day so plan to be early. I got there and sat down. They called me in and asked me about my availability, told me about where I would like to work, and told me everything about the job. The lady was very nice and helpful during this process because I was nervous already. Don’t fret to much about this interview just be prepared for it and dress appropriately. I wore a nice blouse, dress pants, and black flats. Business Casual I recommend. Bring two forms of identification just in case as well.
