I've been through the interview process with SeaWorld before, and it's mostly the same experience. After applying online and choosing my interview date, I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment, though I still ended up waiting an hour for my actual interview.
My interviewer was very bubbly. I guess I should have been more bubbly, myself. I knew didn't get the job when she told me I would be notified via mail, especially since the person who had an interview before me left with a SeaWorld folder and a "welcome abord" message. If you're not hired on the spot, there still a chance you may be notified for a second interview or something, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
At the end of my interview, my interviewer suggested several other openings I might be interested in, which was nice of her!
