Impersonal & robotic process. First communication came via a text message that I almost deleted as possible spam. Was given a link to access a handful of yes/no questions. Next step was a 2nd link to provide video taped responses of myself answering typed out questions from the company. This process took approximately 30 minutes. I never received a response of any kind. Very cold way to reach out to potential employees.
