Most of it was online, super easy, once we set up a phone call interview all that happened was confirming the information that I put online. After everything was confirmed he offered me a job and we set up swim test, paperwork, training, and orientation dates.

One group interview, then a one on one. I applied online, then went in for the group interview. After the group interview I had a one on one interview. It was relatively easy, they will high just about everyone. After getting hired you have to do a lot of training and become cpr certified, which is all paid
