I applied online. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Apr 2014
Interview
I went in for an Interview for the Rental Center. SeaWorld has a different hiring process. You apply online and you automatically get to choose an interview time and date. They first go over your application with you to make sure that everything is right, and then they ask you ALL SITUATIONAL QUESTIONS. It is pretty difficult, I had to have 2 interviews. I applied the summer of 2013 and I got a rejection letter. Then I applied again the summer of 2014 and I got the job! It was my first job, and it is such a wonderful place to work. I was sad to leave, but I had to because I was seasonal and they can't keep people on anymore. I never knew working could actually be fun until working here. You are encouraged to be outgoing, fun, loud, and interact and have fun with the guests. I loved my job. If you are thinking of applying, apply for Rentals/Merchandise. The Assistant Supervisors and the Supervisor is really cool and they are understanding if you need to take work off for things. Good Luck!
