Interview
I applied online and then scheduled my interview for the following week.
I went in about 15 minutes before my interview was scheduled and checked in at the front desk. Waited about 10 minutes for them to call me in. They were really friendly and nice. When we sat down she told me that they'll let me know in about 3-5 days in the mail if I got the job or not .Asked me about my availability and then they asked about 5 "tell me about a time" questions. Then when the interview was over she went to the front to talk to them, I guess to see what positions were available. She offered me a culinary operations hostess job that I didn't apply for, I'm guessing because the position I wanted got filled by the time I interviewed. I accepted it, then did everything that day background check, drug test, paperwork, wardrobe fitting. The interview was pretty easy, but I wasn't expecting to be there that long to do everything that day. So plan ahead and make sure you interview on a day where you have a lot of time free just in case.

Very quick and the person who interviewed me was very charismatic. I'd say that it's a fun process and I'm excited about working with the company if more people are like that.

It’s great to be there on time regardless the time of day so plan to be early. I got there and sat down. They called me in and asked me about my availability, told me about where I would like to work, and told me everything about the job. The lady was very nice and helpful during this process because I was nervous already. Don’t fret to much about this interview just be prepared for it and dress appropriately. I wore a nice blouse, dress pants, and black flats. Business Casual I recommend. Bring two forms of identification just in case as well.
