I arrived to interview 30min much to my surprise it was very casual. I was the best dresses in the entire building and Im including the HR staff. I wore a nice business attire pant suit. The whole process was casual and somewhat cold. Basically this young lady apprx mid-20's called me into a room full of cubicles she introduced herself then said the following: "Iam going to have you review your application to make sure everything is correct then I will begin the interview. Our interview process consists anywhere between 4 to 8 questions that I'll be asking and if you need me to repeat or if youd like to pass and go back to it later I can do that. During your answering I will be taking notes, please dont ket this distract you. Are you ready to begin?"
She fired out the questions I answered accordingly. then she said "Ok, thats it we usually get back to you in 1-2wks either way we will let you know. Do you have any questions for me?" I asked two basic questions she answered and I was out the door. Whole process took about 20minutes. To be honest I thought I did pretty good but not really sure because of the mechanical feeling of it all. I felt like she was not a skilled interviewer, lacked intuition and/or personality qualities, if that makes any sense. Much like taking a scantron test with a no.#2 pencil.
