I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (San Diego, CA) in May 2015
Interview
After checking in, the group was taken to the adventure camp for a group interview. We broke off into 6-person groups depending on which table we chose to sit in. There were two observers taking notes and one person leading the interview. The group activity consisted of picking out a stuffed toy (sesame street characters and marine animals) and explaining why we chose that particular toy. Next, we were tasked with building an object out of legos. There objects were a plane and a car. Lastly, we picked two scenarios from a stack and explained how we would address the situation. That concluded the group activities. We were taken back to the employment center. I was called in to verify my application and that was it.
