Interview
I went in for a 11:30 - 12:30 and for those of you wondering, no they don't call you after you apply. Just go in before you time. I went in and checked in at reception and sat down for like 10 minutes. A man called out 6 names mine included and we followed him to "adventure zone" I think it was called. We sat down at a table and wrote our names on a card and directed them towards the back where there was a silent judge.
The first the we did was an icebreaker where we pick out a stuffed animal which is animals like penguins, and sesame street characters like big Bird. We went around the table introduced ourselves and told them our reason for picking the character we chose.
Next step was to work together to build a Lego set. It's a small set so 6 people for something 1 person could do in 10 minutes was difficult. We didn't get say progress done but the idea is to work as a team not get it done so no penalty.
Finally we got two random scenario cards about an unhappy customer. Again work together to solve this. Don't sit there and be quiet.
Afterwards we went back to the room where we were waiting before and waited to be individually called in. This wasn't a one on one interview more like a "you're hired" or a "sorry"
