The interview consisted of a surprise group interview. It varied from people who were applying to Merchandise/Sales, Park Services, Ride Operators, etc. We were brought to a room that was divided into two tables, each table with 6 people. The interview was divided into 3 sections. 1)We each grabbed a stuffed animal and were told to say our name, what we applied for and why we chose the stuffed animal we picked. 2) Was a team building scenario where each table had to build a Lego object as a team. 3) Consisted of each table picking two "cards". Each card had a scenario of what we would do in a given situation. You get 5 mins to discuss your actions as a group and then say what you would do. After the interview, they ask if there are any questions and you are then taken back to the employment office to verify your application and contact information.
