very easy not very many questions 95% of getting the job if applying at the perfect time, they just needed a few documents and that was it i was hired on the spot no hassle at all within 10 minutes it was over
The interview process was very simple and quick! I had a lot of fun speaking with the recruiter and other lifeguards. I love that they ask about why being a lifeguard is important to you or where you’re from. The interviewer was incredibly nice and thoughtful!

It was really easy. I just applied and was given a date to do my interview. The interview was over the phone and lasted a few minutes. Definitely something anyone can do.
