I did an online application that didn't really take too long with only 2 or 3 short answer/essay questions. I completed the application some time in December and then in March I received a call to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview of about 8 or so questions, I got an email the next day with the offer.

Interview
First they ambush you with a phone interview. Then, if they like you, you will get a more formal interview either in their HR offices or on the phone. Interns applying from other states will most likely have a phone interview. They were always very polite and nice. I never felt intimated.
