Interview
After applying, you receive a phone call to go over basic work history, your availability, the position, etc. The next day, I received a phone call to set up a time to interview with the HR manager and another department figure. It was a basic situational interview with questions on why you want to work for the company. Two days later, another interview was scheduled with the Directors. This interview was more casual and the goal was to get to know you. The next day, I was offered the position.
