Interview
I applied online and was prompted to pick an interview time right away. I showed up to the group observational interview. In this interview you first picked an animal that described you based off the plush toys they have available. You then introduced yourself to the group and explained your choice. Then we were given legos with instructions and as a group we had to build the car or other model. Then we were given situations and as a group we had to come up with the best answer possible. The process was fun and easy. A lot less stressful than a one on one interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (San Diego, CA) in May 2016
Interview
It was a group interview. We picked a stuffed animal and explained why we related to it. We built a lego car as a group. We were given two scenario cards and worked together as a group to solve the problem. Make sure to be the one to read out loud and present the scenario card when it is time- I'm sure this is how they select who they want.
