Applied to job listing and received a prescreen call several months later. The prescreen call took about 15 minutes to verify background/interest, and ended with an in-person interview offer. Arrived early for the second interview, and the interviewer was late. The interview consisted of several questions that needed to be answered in the "STAR" format. Was told I would receive a call if accepted and an email if rejected very soon after. Received neither and haven't heard back since.
