I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Showed up to Human Resources, told them my name, was given a name tag to write my name on, told to sit down and wait to be called. Waited maybe less than 10 minutes to be called along with 4 others, walked over to a portable and was given the interview with the four others. The interview was just, to pick a stuffed animal from a table and say to everyone why you chose this specific animal. After that she asked us like the easiest questions in the world.

Interview
It was a very calm atmosphere. They took in about 5 people into the next room and had us sit at a little round table. They asked us to introduce ourselves and state what position we applied for and a word that describes yourself. There was the person who was interviewing you and another person taking notes behind the group. There was a table filled with stuffed animals in the back and interviewer asked us to pick an animal that is most like you in 10 seconds. When we got back to the table we had to share why we chose that animal.
Example: Dolphins because they are social etc.
Then we had to build a lego truck as a group and I guess a good tip here is not to hoard the instructions to yourself. Pass it around. Don't be afraid to check back on it just don't look only at that. Help others with their part if you finished yours, and TALK do not just build on your own, communicate with the other applicants and build it together.
After that they had situations in pieces of paper and we had to talk amongst ourselves to find the best possible solution and then we had to share it. Again contribute to this and don't just agree with others add your opinion and contribute to the team.
Lastly was just if you had any questions about the compony and if you had a resume you could leave it at the table and walk out.
Tips: Always say thank you and have good eye contact with the interviewer and other applicants.
Speak up and contribute.
Not all interviews where like this. I spoke to other coworkers and they had one on one interviews. It depends. Just make sure you don't come off as shy or quiet. They want people to be able to communicate well with guests and coworkers.
