SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Park Operations interview questions

After filling out my application, I was directed to a page where I was asked to sign up for a group interview. Once there, I was asked to pick a stuffed animal (sea animal or Sesame Street character) and describe why I picked it and how it was like me. Then, as a team sitting at tables, we were given cards with scenarios of customer problems and asked how we would solve them. We then read our solution out loud to the other "teams" and the interviewers that were observing.
