Applied online. Received an email from HR asking about availability over the next couple weeks for one hour phone interview with the technical team. Was sent a webex link. The team had 2 Sr. data scientists, one staff data scientist and a director for data science. Although it was a technical interview, I wasn't told about any coding test. So I was a little surprised when they gave a coding test for the first 20minutes, and asked for a screenshare. It was basically to see how good I was at understanding the problem, writing the code and stating why I did. The next 20-30 minutes was spent talking about the choices I made during my coding test, and reasons behind them, sometimes going into technical details. I would say that the technical questions were straightforward for someone with good knowledge in machine learning and data science. Basically whatever was listed on the job posting. Overall a good experience with a short timeframe between application, interview and offer.
