Interview
Contacted about two weeks after application submitted. The first round was a 30min Skype interview by two managers. The second round was an on-site 45min face-to-face interview. I was taken to see the facilities as well.

3. How do you deal with conflict (with example)?
4. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Second round:
1. 10 minutes presentation
2. similar questions as above (teamwork, motivation)
3. describe understanding of magnetic recording technology
Just some behavior questions, but more then ten questions, they are very kind, good feeling, I am expecting the second interview, but they give me the offer directly. I need to wait till the spring time to come.

Got an Skype interview, It was ok and not hard. Two senior engineers introduced themselves and told me they ask 3 fixed questions from everyone and then might go into more details in the middle depending on the conversation (which they did). took about half an hour. Then I invited for the 2nd in-person interview after about a week.
