There were various questions surrounding my interest in the electronics industry, my previous training, personal goals, and the usual where do you see yourself in 5 years time. My interviewers also spent a lot of time explaining the different aspects of the business to me, career paths I can choose, and the types of training provided on, and off site. A quarter of the interview was taken with them getting to know me as a person, which I felt was nice, as every other interview I had been to, seemed more about what I could bring to the table, rather than seeing if I would fit well into the team
