The first interview was over the phone w/national recruiter, then I did an online assessment. I was told they needed to hire women. 2nd interview was face to face in San Antonio. Was told they had 45 men and wondered if I noticed all of their photographs in the entry. Was told they just ran into too many problems with women -- they either became pregnant, took too much time off for kids or sick time, and also that their husbands didn't want them to work nights and weekends. The interviewer was not aware of employment hiring practices, and I later found their discriminatory practices went back to the early 1970s. I would never do business with this company. And it's probably why the company is going bankrupt.
