Interview
I submitted my application online. I got a call the next week to come in for an interview. They told me which entrance to come in and that was all they gave besides the time to meet. I arrived and asked the first person I saw if I was in the right place. I was 10 min. early so an associate of some sort told me politely "thank you for coming early" and "they'll be with you shortly." I think the lower level manager was the person who gave me the first initial interview. I was surprised because the first thing we went over was what my availability was and when I wanted to work. He was pleasant, the interview was casual. He was impressed and said if it were up to him he would say yes, and then proceeded to go get the store manager to come give me the final portion of the interview. She was sweet, asked the rest of the questions and that was about it. She did take a phone call near the end of the interview, which I didn't mind, but some people may. She needed to clarify with the other manager on the number of hours that were being offered as well as the starting wage.

Name a time you gave or received excellent customer service
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
