I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Durham, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
I walked into the office. they had me wait for a couple of minutes. Took out and reviewed my application as well as my resume. The interview as a whole was brief. I was interviewed by the assistant store manager. She was very friendly. The questions were mainly focused on my availability. They really care about their credit cards. Not too bad of a dress code. Very calm atmosphere. Impressed that I arrived 20 mins early. The interview took about 30-40 minutes. As my first job interview, i would say it was very easy-going and she genuinely seemed interested in me.
