Interview
I don't remember how long it took for a call back... I'm pretty sure it was within a week. I went in about 15mins early and they were completely disorganized. It was so unprofessional. No one knew about my interview. There was no one to interview me. People kept asking what I was there for. I waited for 35mins before someone came to interview me. She was super nice and ended becoming one of my favorite managers. They were basic questions like past work experience, how are you with persuasive sales,how are you with technology. She was awesome and gave me some pointers since I was gonna be interviewed by a second manager right after her. Second manager was super awkward... kept saying "um" "so" "yeah.." asked me what types of technological stuff I used regularly (like phone, laptop, ipod). and he went outside the room for about 1 minute came back and offered me the job. I accepted and they said they would call me for training/paper work. Didn't hear from them for 3 weeks so I went in and asked. They said the cashier manager had been out of town so they set up a date with me for orientation. Orientation was boring with 4 other people. Went through all the paper work and handbook. First couple of weeks its a bunch of online training and assesments. Oh and it took me almost 2 months to get my employee number to finally ring up people because the manager went out of town a second time. That was a bit ridiculous.

What types of technological things do you use on a daily basis?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
