Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and relaxing. After applying on the Sears careers website, I received an email for an online assessment. The assessment wasn't too bad -- just be honest with your responses and follow your gut feeling. After the assessment, I received a request from Human Resources to schedule an interview with the cashier leader. At my interview, the cashier lead made me feel comfortable and not too nervous. The interview lasted less than thirty minutes and I was immediately hired on the spot. After accepting the offer, I went through a background check and drug test.

If a long line starts forming and you're the only cashier at the register, what would you do to speed up the process?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
