Went through an extensive online interview / application process navigating through several different screens and support companies. One test consisted of 185 questions relating to scenarios in sales to customers. Another test took me to a screen at some other firm that collected information for background checks. During the process I had to block an attempt to install a tracking cookie on my computer and also found an attempt to install a keylogger to monitor what keys I was entering in response to certain questions. At end of process was given no feedback on test scores and was sent to apply to yet another board also operated by Sears Holdings. Very disappointed by this and will not apply here again.
