Kenexa behavioral interview following online Kenexa MBTI personality test. Interviewer was very lax on the behavioral questions and took a more hands on approach to interviewing me by speaking to me and then filling in the questions based on our conversation. She was one of the best interviewers I have had in my life.
Two part interview with one department lead followed by second interview with ASM over my department. Both interviewers were very good, to the point, logical, and laid back. Two weeks from online application to interview. Day 14 first interview and at end of interview second interview was setup on the spot. Day 15 second and final interview, told to keep an eye on email for new hire documentation/orientation. Day 16 received email for background authorization e signature and 5-panel drug test setup. Day 21 orientation in store, 4 hour process. I was an external applicant.
I applied in-person.Β I interviewed at Sears (Downey, CA) in Jun 2019
