Interview
So I applied online yesterday, got the email from a recruiter within 20 minutes of finishing my ap process, and had my interview today. Sat down with the manager for about half an hour and he pulled a few associates from my department into the meeting. Very casual, very informative and discussed pretty much everything from hours to commission rates. Left the store and before I got home (about 10 mins away) I got an email with a job offer.
Don't know what many of you folks had issues with, but this is starting out very well indeed!

They interview you twice, if they are going to hire you. Mind your manners with absolutely everyone. You will be asked something like: When was the last time you did something for someone for no reason than to help out. The other questions revolved around problem solving and people skills. They were pleasant and the environment was relaxed and cooperative among the employees..
