The interviewer made me as comfortable as anyone ever has. It was a great experience. The questions were relevant to the field I was interviewing for and there were no mind games.

Interview
Progressed from phone screen to in person, to written and hands on testing for ability. Testing took half day of written and half day of skills testing. Approval had to come from home office before local management could extend offer. Also drug screen before hire and background check. Doubt offer would be given if drug test or background came back negative.
