Applied online. Spoke with HR who set up an interview with the department director. Job description fit perfect with my background. My interview with the department director was stressful, strange and somewhat stupid. The director asked questions not pertaining to the job, then she asked me to provide her with proprietary information, which I refused. The interview went downhill.
