The process consisted of online personality and computer skills tests, as well as a 1:1 interview in the office. It was a very simple process, and the 1:1 interview was laid back and easy. The hiring manager essentially told me that, because the job is 100% commission, they hire anyone who they have selected for an interview and doesn't totally blow it, because the company really has nothing to lose.
