Interview
I applied online and right at the end of the application I automatically scheduled my first interview which was with the cashier lead. The interview was very simple, basically questions like "are you good at selling? are you shy? do you like talking to people? do you like team work? your availability? and that's pretty much all the questions, The cashier lead was very nice and really liked me so he tried to tell the general manager if he could interview me right after him but he couldn't because he was in a meeting so I was scheduled the next day to have my second interview with the general manager. The interview with the general manager was pretty standard as well same thing and offered me a job right at the end of the interview.

Question 1
The most difficult/unexpected question was from the general manager and it was to persuade him to buy a pen which he had he just told me "sell me this pen I want to see if you are a good seller". I was shocked but managed to sound nice and persuasive.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
