Interview
First of all I want to say that I will NEVER spend my money at Sears ever again.
Applied online got a call the next day. I was soooo happy to finally get a callback from a job since I'm a teen with no experience obtaining a job is hard.
HR lady set the interview up for Friday(which I didn't go to school for). I went on Friday at 11:00am and other people were there also. I didn't have to wait and had my interview immediately. It was actually quite easy/went smooth.
Once it was done she told me that the women that I needed to do my 2nd interview with was busy and I'd have to come back at 2:00pm. I was kind of annoyed because I didn't have any transportation the day and I had to take the bus on top of that IT WAS FREEZING COLD.
I left and took the bus all the way back home. When it came around 1:30 I was at the bus stop and the HR lady called me and told me that I would have to come at 6:00 because the lady was busy. I agreed but by now I was beyond pissed.
The second interview was alright. Now I had to schedule the 3rd interview the next day because the guy had already left. I came in the next day, did the interview. The 3rd interview was the worst. I didn't like the questions he asked nor did I like the way he kept giving me a fake smile. It was just generic like he had better things to be doing.
He ended the interview with a "We'll call you if we have want to give you the position."
Now a week later, still no job. But honestly I wasn't expecting one. Overall I won't be applying to Sears again for multiple reasons. And who the hell can live off of 7.25? Plus that's the highest they can pay.
NEVER have I ever heard of 3 interviews for one job but to each his own.

Question 1
Can't quite remember each question but for the most part it was the usual interview questions.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
