Made a phone call to my local store in the Human Resources department. Was offered an interview based on my brief conversation and online application. Arrived for the interview and was given a brief overview of the position in Appliance sales. Position is based on 100 percent commission with incentives for increased sales on customer services. Not bad. Usual questions. They mostly wanna know what you bring to the table. Strengths, weaknesses, improvements you need to make, etc. Took about 45 minutes. Once you are given an offer, they do a background check, which may or may not involve drug test. Prepare as if there is one, just to be safe.
