I applied online at sears, was just looking for a part time job as i already was a full time student. application process took about 3 weeks and had 2 interviews.

Tell me about the time when you had to deal with difficult customer and how did you handle it
In person interview that focused heavily on behavioral questions and sales experience. Interviewer was friendly and offer was competitive.
No other comments about the interview. The onboarding process was straightforward.

The process was pretty simple and quick. I applied and in two days i got a call from HR to set up an interview. then in second week, i got called for the 2nd interview with the store manager and was offered a position.
