Me and two oher people waited almost AN HOUR to be interviewed. I went first. There was two parts of the interview. First you were asked questions and IF you were put through to the next interview you were to dicuss your availability. The questions were kind of difficult to answer on the spot for me. I was declined the job because I couldn't work all day hours on weekends. They wanted someone who could slave the day away and have no other obligations. I was asked how much I am looking forward to getting for this job. I felt uncomfortable answering that one lol

Explain a time you exceeded someones expectations.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
