I was contacted by a person in HR and was asked some screening questions about my current job responsibilities and my interest in Sears and goals. I then agreed to an interview and was told I would receive an itinerary in a few days. My interview was scheduled for the following week and I received emails regarding the traveling arrangements. The interview was scheduled for the morning and I had 4 separate 1 on 1 interviews. I also met with the HR person in the beginning and I was given a tour. I had good feel for the atmosphere and people I interviewed with, but I was disappointed with how unorganized the company was with interviewing. No one had a formal question format, which is relaxed, but I feel like I asked more questions about the job than everyone asked about myself and my qualifications. I would recommend doing a lot of research on the company and come with a lot of information so that you can field a lot of questions.
